Opportunities for Canterbury in Chile and Colombia

The Latin America New Zealand Business Council is keen to help businesses throughout New Zealand engage with Latin America. As the first of several regional activities we have planned, the Council invites Canterbury businesses to a seminar on business opportunities waiting for you in two of South America's most dynamic Pacific economies, Chile and Colombia.

Participants will hear the Ambassador of Chile, His Excellency Isauro Torres, and Consul-General of Colombia, Juan Cadena, present the current political and economic profiles of their countries, and how ambitious Canterbury exporters can trade their goods and services there.

LANZBC President Matthew O'Meagher and Directo Craig Musson will also introduce the business council and talk about how it can help your company in the market through networking, lobbying, and information.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to share market insights with Peter Townsend of the Canterbury Employers Chamber of Commerce and Alan Koziarski of NZTE.

Cost: $40 plus GST for members, and $50 plus GST for non-members.
