Friday 11 March saw the LANZBC/ExportNZ roadshow conclude with a breakfast event in Tauranga, which was introduced by Export NZ's Melissa Conrad and attended by Bay of Plenty companies who were active or interested in the market.

Matthew O'Meagher started the presentations with tips on Latin America's business culture, especially its approaches to punctuality, legalism and formality. Colombian Consul-General Juan Cadena then explained the business realities and opportunities of his own country, before Felipe Aguilera, Technical Sales Manager of Oasis Engineering, outlined the keys to his firm's success in the region. A long question and answer session then followed, before Heather Kawan wrapped the event up with a fun and challenging quiz.
